New York disbands M.A.R.C.H. task force behind venue police raids, announces C.U.R.E.

Former NYC Nightlife Director, Ariel Palitz, got the ball rolling to disband the unit formed in the '90s as a way to crack down on nightlife. New Director, Jeffrey Garcia, will implement the new approach.
